Instead of printing piles of books and letting them gather dust in a warehouse, your order is printed just for you. This means:

1. We bake it fresh: Once you place your order, your book is sent to our trusted print partner to be made just for you.
2. It’s printed and packed: Printing usually takes 2–10 business days.
3. It’s shipped to your door: After printing, it’s shipped directly to you. Shipping time varies depending on your location, usually 3-7 business days.

You may receive your book in a plain envelope or packaging — that's because it's shipped directly from the printer to save time, money, and the environment. Less waste, more barakah inshaAllah. As a farm girl, I am kinda into the saving the trees and all 😁💜🌿

It also means you get to have it freshly 'baked' - which I LOVE for you! 🍞🥐

❓ Can I get a refund?

Because our books and products are printed or prepared on demand, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind, ordering errors, or delivery delays beyond my control.

BUT! If there’s ever an issue with your order (like damage, printing error, or the wrong item), please reach out — and I’ll do my best to make it right, inshaAllah. I want you to have an awesome experience! 💛
